Step 3 of 3 — Seller Policy

Review & agree to the policy

Read the seller agreement carefully. You must accept it before you can list any items.

10% Commission — Non-Negotiable

CampusDec automatically deducts 10% of every sale amount from your payout. This cannot be waived, reduced, or bypassed under any circumstance. Example: if a buyer pays ₦10,000 for your item, you receive ₦9,000 after commission.

CampusDec Seller Policy — Summary

1. Payments
All buyer payments must go through CampusDec's escrow system. You may never request or accept direct payment from a buyer (bank transfer, cash, mobile money). Doing so will result in immediate account suspension.

2. Fixed Prices
All listed prices are fixed and non-negotiable. You may not offer discounts, counter-offers, or negotiate price within the chat or outside the platform.

3. Listings
Every listing requires admin approval before going live. You must accurately describe your item's condition. Misleading descriptions are a policy violation and may result in suspension.

4. Delivery
You must honour the delivery type and coverage area you specify in your listing. Failure to deliver within your stated area will result in automatic order cancellation and a strike on your account.

5. Chat Conduct
The in-app chat is for logistics only (e.g. delivery address, pickup time). All chats are monitored. Sharing contact details, negotiating price, or directing buyers off-platform is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Items
Alcohol, tobacco, medications, weapons, counterfeit goods, and sexually explicit content are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate permanent ban.

7. Commission
A flat 10% commission is deducted from every completed sale. This is automatic and non-negotiable.

8. Payouts
Payouts are released within 24 hours of a buyer confirming delivery. Disputes may delay payouts pending resolution.

⚠️ Violation of any of the above policies may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at CampusDec's sole discretion.
